Adoption Research and Counselling Service Inc (arcs) provides specialist services that are responsive to the complex issues faced by all of those dealing with the loss and pain of separation from family, and the challenges of reunion.
We are an independent, not-for-profit community agency offering professional therapeutic support to anyone living with the experience of adoption and/or being separated from family. This also includes those affected indirectly by the adoption experience.
arcs is currently providing free specialist therapeutic counselling for people impacted by forced adoption, following the funding agreement with the Cook Government. Read more here
